Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Service Technician to support customers at their facilities across Arizona. You will analyze work orders, plan travel, install and test systems, and troubleshoot issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

The position requires a high school diploma (or associate degree), 1–3 years of related experience, and the ability to read and interpret documents. The role is full-time, travel-intensive, with a pay rate of $25-$29 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or related associate's degree.
• One to three years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.

Responsibilities

• Serve existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel, investigating complaints, testing, and resolving problems.
• Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
• Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
• Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
• Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
