LB Water Service and FlowNetworx, dba 540 Technologies, is seeking a field service technician to travel to client sites, install and upgrade equipment, respond to service requests, and train customers on equipment usage.

The role includes troubleshooting, system monitoring, and coordinating with the sales team on warehouse and administrative support when not in the field. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Prezi).
• Demonstrated work history in related field.

Responsabilités

• Install or upgrade equipment at client sites and configure hardware/software.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Document installations and repairs and manage parts inventory.
