Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; technical training preferred.
• At least 2 years in field service or related technical role.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; frequent travel.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting; ability to read schematics.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, hand tools and electronic testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer locations.
• Conduct diagnostics to identify issues and minimize downtime.
• Explain technical problems and solutions clearly to customers.
