Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in field service or related technical role.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; travel required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting; read schematics.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, hand tools and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct diagnostics to identify issues and minimize downtime.
• Explain problems and resolutions clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records of calls, parts, and repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies in field environments.
