Job summary

Cennox is seeking an experienced Field Technician to support customers across the United States, with travel to Cincinnati, OH and beyond. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain complex equipment at client sites, working independently and collaborating with customers to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills, read schematics, and are proficient with diagnostic tools. Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling frequently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 2+ years in field service or related technical role.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer locations.
• Perform thorough diagnostics to identify issues and implement fixes quickly.
• Explain technical problems and solutions clearly to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records using company software and reporting tools.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies while working independently or in teams.
