Job summary

Carolina Handling, a Raymond Dealer, is a leading automation systems integrator serving warehouses and manufacturers. Field Technicians diagnose electro-mechanical issues, install and repair equipment, and act as the main customer contact for service visits.

You’ll perform scheduled maintenance, manage van inventory, and uphold safety while delivering professional service. A background in maintenance or related fields plus a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment checks including background, drug screenings, and motor vehicle record checks.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance, repair or installation experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and electronics; ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems and perform installations and repairs.
• Interact with customers to understand concerns and provide solutions.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively.
• Perform scheduled maintenance for contracted customers.
• Keep track of parts and inventory in the service van.
• Ensure van maintenance and safety compliance.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support operations.
