Carolina Handling, a Raymond Dealer, is a leading automation systems integrator serving warehouses, manufacturers, and distribution centers. We seek Field Technicians who diagnose electro-mechanical problems, perform installations and repairs, and provide top-tier customer service in the field.

You’ll handle scheduled maintenance, manage van inventory, and ensure safety compliance across customer sites while representing the company with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance, repair, or installation experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and electronic systems; ability to read schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems with equipment, diagnosing issues.
• Perform installations and repairs as needed.
• Interact with customers to understand concerns and resolve issues.
• Maintain professional demeanor and represent the company positively.
• Perform scheduled maintenance for contracted customers.
• Manage parts and supplies inventory in the service van.
• Ensure safety compliance at customer sites.
• Carry out other duties to support operations.
