You will troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and commission equipment at customer sites or staging yards, working with safety mandates and coordinating with engineering and project teams. This role involves substantial travel and collaboration across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and commission PV inverters and BESS systems at customer sites or staging yards.
• Perform general troubleshooting and diagnostic work per Sungrow guidelines.
• Lead or support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with or without grid emulator.
• Support safety programs, JSA reports, and daily activity reporting in field operations.
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and project teams to resolve high-level technical issues.
