Job summary

Sungrow USA is seeking a Field Service Technician - BESS to support commissioning, warranty, and O&M for PV inverter and BESS systems at customer sites across the Dallas region. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, lead on-site safety, and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve complex field issues.

The role requires 3+ years in a technical field, 2+ years in solar inverters or BESS, and OSHA NFPA70e certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical field experience.
• Experience with solar inverters or BESS preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, test, and maintain PV inverters and BESS systems.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance.
• Lead field safety procedures and reporting.
• Coordinate with customers and contractors in the field.
