Job summary

Wittenbach is seeking a Service Technician to travel daily within a designated territory, performing routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs, ITMs, and related security equipment. You will ensure proper operation and respond promptly to issues to minimize downtime, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You must be able to lift and move equipment, drive between sites, and communicate clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school preferred.
• NICET Certification in Fire Alarms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory to perform routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, conventional bank equipment and electronic security equipment.
• Ensure products are functioning properly and address problems promptly to minimize downtime.
• Interact with customers or designated contacts to ensure satisfaction with services.
