Job summary

Wittenbach is seeking a Service Technician to travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory, performing routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, conventional bank equipment and electronic security equipment.

The role ensures that products operate properly and issues are addressed promptly, with interaction with customers to ensure satisfaction with services. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent training preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• NICET Certification in Fire Alarms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory.
