Job summary

Wittenbach Business Systems LLC in North Carolina seeks a Service Technician to travel daily to customer sites, performing maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs, ITMs, and security gear, ensuring minimal downtime and customer satisfaction.

You will interact with customers, follow safety and quality standards, and support on-the-job training for operators. A high school diploma is required; electronics training is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• NICET Certification in Fire Alarms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory to perform routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs, ITMs, and security equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment and address issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Interact with customers and designated contacts to ensure satisfaction and provide on-the-job training as needed.
