Job summary

Wittenbach is seeking a Service Technician to travel daily to customer sites across a defined territory, performing routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation and security equipment. You will help ensure minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, an electronics-related degree preferred, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent preferred.
• NICET Certification in Fire Alarms is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory to perform routine maintenance and repairs to cash automation and security equipment.
• Ensure products are functioning properly and address any issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Interact with customers or contacts to ensure satisfaction with services and maintain strong service levels.
• Follow safety procedures and complete required documentation and reporting for each job.
