Job summary

Wittenbach is seeking a Service Technician to travel daily across a designated territory, performing routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, and related security equipment. You will ensure minimal downtime and customer satisfaction while working hands-on with the latest technology.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• NICET Certification in Fire Alarms is a plus.
• Proficient in computer software applications including Android app software for timecards, expenses, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, and related equipment.
• Ensure products are functioning properly and address issues promptly.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with services.
