Job summary

Wittenbach is seeking a Service Technician to travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory, performing maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs, ITMs, and related security equipment. You will ensure proper function and minimize downtime, with regular interaction to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, with an Associate degree in Electronics preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent is preferred.
• NICET Certification in Fire Alarms is a plus.
• Proficiency with Android app software for timecards, expenses, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory for maintenance and repairs.
• Service core product lines of cash automation, ATMs, ITMs, and security equipment.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Operate safely, lift heavy items and use power tools as needed.
