Wittenbach is seeking a Service Technician to travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory, performing routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs, ITMs, and related equipment. You will ensure proper operation and promptly address issues, while maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license, with an Associate degree in Electronics preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent military or trade school is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• NICET Certification in Fire Alarms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within designated territory to service equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, and related security gear.
• Ensure products function properly and address issues promptly; interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
