Job summary

Wittenbach is seeking a Service Technician to travel daily to customer sites and perform routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, bank equipment and security systems. You will ensure proper functioning and address issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent, with a preferred Electronics-related associate degree. NICET certification is a plus, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• NICET certification in Fire Alarms is a plus; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Military veterans encouraged to apply; drug, driving and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory to perform maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain and repair cash automation products, ATMs/ITMs and related security equipment to minimize downtime.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper operation of installed equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to the service lead promptly.
