Job summary

Wittenbach Business Systems LLC is seeking a Service Technician to travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory in the Worcester, MA area. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs, ITMs, and related security equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma, electronics training (associate preferred), and the ability to lift and handle tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent military/trade training preferred.
• NICET Certification in Fire Alarms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer sites within a designated territory.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cash automation products, ATMs & ITMs, and related equipment.
• Ensure products are functioning properly and address issues promptly.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with service.
