Job summary

Integrated Technical Systems Inc. is seeking Field Service Technicians to join our team, working out of our MA office and serving the New England Region.

This role covers installation, troubleshooting, and servicing security access, gates, and revenue control equipment. Entry and Experienced level positions available; candidates must be able to travel, install, diagnose, and repair a wide range of equipment.

Qualifications

• Entry and Experienced level positions.
• Able to install, diagnose and service security access, barrier gates, and parking/revenue control equipment.
• Willingness to travel within MA/NH/RI service area.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain ITS systems including security, automated gated access, and related control equipment.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems to full operation.
• Testing and commissioning of systems prior to customer acceptance.
• Instruct and train customers on system maintenance and operating procedures.
• Promote and maintain good customer relations and assist in contract retention.
