Integrated Power Services is seeking a Field Service Technician specializing in rotating equipment and precision millwrighting. You will lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial equipment, delivering an unmatched customer experience.

Responsibilities include alignment, bearing replacement, and testing with a range of diagnostic tools. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours are required.

Competenze

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, pumps, or similar rotating industrial equipment.
• Proven ability to read and interpret precision measuring instruments and technical blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical failures in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings professionally.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and be willing to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends for on-call field service.
• Technical extras (preferred): PdMA testing or Level I Vibration Analysis.

Mansioni

• Lead the installation and removal of AC/DC motors and coupled equipment, perform laser alignments and set critical air gaps and mechanical seals to OEM specs.
• Utilize precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) to diagnose wear and verify tolerances.
• Replace bearings, gearboxes and torque-critical components using specialized tooling and specs.
• Perform diagnostic tests with portable electronics (Megger, PdMA MCE, Multimeter, DLRO) to ensure system reliability.
• Clean and prep electro-mechanical equipment using bead or ice blasting and solvents for a professional finish.
• Adhere to safety standards while collaborating with a high-performing team to hit project goals.
