Integrated Power Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of industrial rotating equipment. You will perform alignment, precision measurements, and OEM‑spec maintenance, ensuring safety and quality in fast-paced environments.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, gearboxes, and pumps, plus strong problem solving and customer-facing communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with rotating industrial equipment (motors, gearboxes, pumps).
• Ability to read and interpret precision measuring tools and technical blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site diagnostics, precision repairs, and overhauls of rotating equipment.
• Perform mechanical assembly, alignment, and precision measurements to OEM specs.
• Conduct safety-conscious maintenance and collaborate with a high-performing team.
