Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I in Roswell, NM to install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory. You will provide timely service, communicate clearly with customers, and contribute to high‑quality support for our large retail clients.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronics familiarity.
• Willing to be trained on and operate small scale scissor lifts in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
