Job summary

NCR Voyix in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical self-checkout systems across the assigned territory. You'll be part of a team supporting NCR Voyix customers, with a focus on fast issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some hardware/operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with long driving hours and rotating/weekend shifts.
• Carrying and lifting tools and equipment up to 75 lbs. without assistance, up to 150 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
