Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls within an assigned territory. You will service electromechanical equipment such as self-checkout systems, participate in PM work, and complete system overhauls with speed and accuracy.

This role requires valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, rotating shifts, travel several hours daily, and a commitment to safety and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronics, and familiarity with hardware/OS.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
