Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service retail and dining clients in Roswell, NM. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical systems, with some travel across the territory.

You will join a team focused on fast, reliable service and on-the-job training. Ideal candidates are local, legally eligible to work in the US, with a valid driver’s license, basic PC and electronics skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronics familiarity.
• Willing to travel and rotate shifts within set teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
