Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, service, and maintain electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory. The role requires local residency, a valid US driver’s license, and willingness to travel extensively.

You will join a team that delivers best-in-class service, supported by formal NCR Voyix training and a vehicle provided for business use. The position offers rotating shifts and a pathway to growth in field engineering.

Qualifications

• Must be local to the geographic area
• Authorized to work in the US
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with compliant driving record
• PC skills and basic electronics knowledge
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation
• Willingness to travel extensively by car
• Rotating/weekend shifts and flexible hours
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (150 lbs with assistance)
• Willingness to operate small scissor lifts in retail environments

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
