Job summary

NCR Voyix in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, service, and repair electromechanical systems for major retail customers. You will be the first line of support, organizing service calls and triaging issues across territories.

The role offers rotating shifts, overtime opportunities, and a benefits package including paid holidays, vacation, 401K, and medical insurance. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some specific hardware and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Preferred: One or more years of related experience.
• Preferred: A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification.
• Preferred: Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, imaging software.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
