Job summary

NCR Voyix in Roswell, NM is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service self-checkout systems across designated territories. You’ll perform installs, PMs, and prompt repair work to keep critical retail equipment running.

Ideal candidates are local to the area, with a valid driver’s license, basic electronics knowledge, and a willingness to travel. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training to advance in field operations.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some hardware/OS familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with long driving periods.
• Rotating and weekend shifts with flexible start times.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
