Job summary

NCR Voyix in Roswell, NM is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment for retail customers. You will work in a fast-paced territory, responding to service calls and performing PM tasks with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a valid US driver's license, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, rotating shifts, and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some hardware/OS familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Flexible shift work with rotating start times and some holidays.
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment up to 75 lbs. without assistance, up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
• Willing to be trained on and operate small-scale scissor lifts in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
