NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to support our customers in the Binghamton, NY region. You will install, maintain and service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, safe operation of tools, and timely issue resolution, with a pay range reflecting local market for entry-level field techs and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Local candidate for the geographic area
• Authorized to work in the US
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• PC skills, basic electronics, and familiarity with hardware/OS
• Able to perform essential functions with/without accommodation
• Willing to travel with long driving days
• Rotating and weekend shifts; flexible shift schedule
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs without assistance and up to 150 lbs with help
• Able to bend, squat, stand, and operate small equipment as needed
• Willing to be trained to operate small scale scissor lifts in retail environments

Responsabilités

• Perform customer installation, maintenance and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls
