Job summary

NCR Voyix’s Field Services team seeks Field Service Technicians to support major retail customers across a defined territory. You will install, service, and maintain electromechanical systems, traveling as needed and performing enabling repairs with on-site support and training provided.

The role offers overtime, benefits, holidays, paid vacation, and a company vehicle, with training to grow technical and customer-service skills. Must be local to Boston area with valid US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Flexible shift work with rotating start times.
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts weighing up to 75 lbs. (150 lbs with assistance).
• Willing to be trained on operating small scale scissor lifts in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
