Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, service and maintain electromechanical equipment for major retail clients. The role requires driving across a territory, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, and providing top-notch customer service.

Ideal candidates are locally based, legally eligible to work in the US, and willing to travel; training is provided. Benefits include holidays, vacation, 401K, a company vehicle, and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Flexible shift work with morning, afternoon and evening start times.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
