Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I in Worcester, MA to join a growing team servicing major retail clients. You will perform installation, maintenance, and service calls on electromechanical equipment, with travel within the assigned territory and rotating shifts to meet customer needs.

Benefits include hourly pay of $19.00 to $20.00, overtime opportunities, 7 paid holidays, 6 floating holidays, up to 80 hours of vacation in year one, a 401(k) plan, and immediate medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and eligible driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
