Job summary

NCR Voyix is hiring a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment for major retail customers across a designated territory in the United States. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel as needed.

Compensation includes hourly pay with overtime, and benefits such as paid holidays, paid vacation, retirement plan, a company vehicle, and medical insurance available immediately.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include local geographic area, US work authorization, 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills; familiarity with hardware and OS.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as self-checkout systems in assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
