Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to support installation, maintenance, and service calls for electromechanical equipment in retail environments across an assigned territory. You will troubleshoot, repair, and service systems to keep critical equipment running smoothly.

The role offers a company vehicle, medical insurance, 401K, paid holidays, and paid vacation. Local travel, rotating shifts, and on‑the‑job training are included to help you grow in a dynamic service team.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with hardware and operating systems.
• Willing to be trained on and operate small scale scissor lifts.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day, rotating and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
