Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, diagnose, repair, and service retail POS equipment across customer sites in the US. The role requires independent work, strong customer communication, and a willingness to travel extensively in a retail and SMB environment.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience; IT/Technical certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 4+ years of related experience.
• IT/Technical degree or certificate preferred.
• Must be able to travel 100% of the time domestically.

Responsibilities

• Operates in assigned territory and performs repairs and services on products.
• Travel within assigned territory or nationally to customer locations for installations and upgrades.
• Communicates status and builds positive customer relationships with management and store personnel.
• Plans, prioritizes, and schedules work to meet customer satisfaction objectives.
