CorePrint Solutions is seeking a Service Specialist to be the face of our service organization, installing, maintaining, and repairing multifunction printers, large-format plotters, and related devices across client sites. You will travel 80-90% and work in the office when not traveling, delivering professional service and customer-focused support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing printers, copiers, or large-format equipment.
• Experience with MFPs from HP/Canon/Xerox/Konica Minolta.
• Experience with large-format plotters and scanners.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and network troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Service-first attitude and professionalism under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, printer drivers, and firmware utilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel frequently.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and test printers/plotters at client sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide guidance on equipment use and troubleshooting.
• Maintain communication with Service Manager and Dispatch.
• Document service activity with diagnostics.
• Support setup of demo or refurbished equipment.
• Uphold safety and organization standards.
• Travel 80-90% to client sites; up to 30% overnight.
