A leading office technology solutions provider in Connecticut is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and repair printers and copiers at client locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the field, along with existing technician certifications in A3 copy equipment lines such as Canon and Sharp. The role offers a base salary between $55,000-$60,000 plus performance bonuses and comprehensive wellness benefits including health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience repairing print and copy equipment.
• Existing technician certification in A3 copy equipment lines such as Canon, Sharp, Xerox.
• Valid US driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair printers, copiers, and related equipment at client locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on machines.
• Communicate updates and timelines for services to clients.
