Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer equipment using electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Deliver professional, responsive customer service while minimizing equipment downtime.
• Use diagnostic tools, including a multimeter, and interpret electrical schematics to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Manage service calls and territory responsibilities while meeting productivity, response time, quality, and cost expectations.
• Maintain equipment, parts, and inventory to support customers within territory.
