Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer equipment in the assigned territory.
• Provide professional, responsive customer service to minimize equipment downtime.
• Use diagnostic tools and interpret schematics to resolve issues.
• Manage service calls and territory responsibilities, meeting productivity, response, and quality targets.
• Maintain equipment, parts, and inventory to support customers.
