What You Will Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer equipment using electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Deliver professional, responsive customer service while helping minimize equipment downtime
• Use diagnostic tools, including a multimeter, and interpret electrical schematics to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Manage assigned service calls and territory responsibilities while meeting established productivity, response time, quality, and cost expectations
• Maintain the equipment, parts, and inventory required to effectively support customers within your assigned territory

What You Need to Succeed:

• Electro‑mechanical troubleshooting experience with the ability to use a multimeter and interpret electrical schematics
• Strong customer service, time management, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment while reliably meeting customer and service commitments
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for more than 50 percent of the workday
• This position requires a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance coverage meeting company‑specified minimums, and the ability to meet the company’s motor vehicle safety standards.
