Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical experience with troubleshooting electrical circuits.
• Strong time management and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license with active insurance.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and navigate active work environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients and ensure devices function properly.
• Repair devices using electro-mechanical skills; Xerox provides training.
• Meet productivity goals: 5 calls/day, 50% first-time fix, 2–4 hour response, minimize parts costs.
