Gtatelecom is seeking a Field Service Technician for a 2-month contract in Providence, RI 02901. You will travel to client sites to provide on-site IT support and perform break-fix on printers, PCs, POS, and network equipment.

The role requires hands-on hardware experience, valid driver's license, and experience with Lexmark break-fix and installs, plus familiarity with HP, Dell, and Lenovo devices. Expect to document work and meet SLAs.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of field dispatch repair and hands-on hardware experience.
• Lexmark certifications and experience.
• Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix, equipment installs, and HP, Dell, and Lenovo.
• Technical experience with Laser Printers.

Responsabilidades

• Driving to client sites and providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers, banks, etc.)
• Perform repair/replacement on various kinds of equipment: POS, laptops, desktops, commercial printers, cable repairs, and smart hands work on network equipment.
• Running break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, the level of support will vary depending on the customer, but do expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other technology devices.
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals
• Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems, such as desktops, Point of Sale (POS) devices, and printers
• Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders, and replaces parts as needed
• Maintains good customer focus, meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)
