Premium Digital Office Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance for printers and multi-function devices. You will set up new machines, travel to client locations for installations, and troubleshoot/repair equipment to ensure minimal downtime.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, ability to work independently, and reliable transportation to various NYC-area sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of maintenance and parts for common office printers (Sharp, Brother, Konica Minolta, Lexmark).
• Working knowledge of computer systems (Windows, macOS) and basic network concepts.
• Able to drive a small box truck.

Responsibilities

Experienced Maintenance Technician Premium Digital Office Solutions has been a leader in the managed print service industry for over twenty-seven years. We are seeking a dynamic individual that is self-motivated and driven.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for

• Performing a full range of on-site maintenance for printers and multi-function devices
• Set-up new machines in warehouse prior to customer delivery
• Travel to customer location to perform installation of new office equipment
• Travel to customer location to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair error codes, fix, and maintain printers and copier equipment

Required Skills and Responsibilities

• Must have a proven track record in outstanding customer service
• Product knowledge with maintenance and parts of Sharp, Brother, Konica Minolta, and Lexmark or other industry manufacturers
• Working knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft, Apple, and common network solutions
• Able to drive a small box truck

Requirements for success

• Able to work independently on site and off site
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Have good time management skills and repair equipment properly
• Communicate when off-site back to home base via email
• Must have valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Must be able to travel daily to customer sites which may include NYC occasionally
