Job summary

A&B Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, repair, and support wide format graphics equipment, office copiers, and water/coffee systems. You will ensure equipment uptime and strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service across our client base.

The ideal candidate has mechanical, electrical, and network troubleshooting skills, can manage a service territory independently, and is comfortable using tablets and computers to document

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Background in electronics and/or mechanical devices is helpful.
• Vocational technical education is helpful.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and repair wide format printers and finishing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, firmware, and network issues.
• Calibrate for color accuracy and production quality.
• Train customers in operation and maintenance.
• Document service activity and maintain records.
• Support workflow software and network connectivity where applicable.
