Job summary

Fisher's Technology, part of Loffler Companies, seeks a Field Service Technician to maintain and repair office equipment in the field and provide excellent customer service. You will support sales, handle communication between customers and the Service Department, and contribute to timely service delivery.

This role requires a clean driving record, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service preferred.
• Clean driving record required.
• Strong communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to prioritize and handle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repairs for office equipment at customer sites or office.
• Deliver exceptional product and service support as indicated by First Call Efficiency.
• Support Sales by communicating with customer accounts and engaging with the Tip Lead program.
• Efficiently use parts and time; manage car-parts inventory per standards.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, tools, and property per Service Manager standards.
• Complete paperwork and data-entry for customer databases and Remote Tech systems.
• Maintain professional appearance and high customer satisfaction.
• Encourage customer feedback and survey participation post service.
• Assist on installations or projects and report issues to Service Management.
• Complete required voluntary training and pursue career development.
