Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is hiring a Field Service Technician II in Fishers, Indiana. You will troubleshoot, install, upgrade, repair, and service office technology across customer sites, ensuring optimal performance of printers, copiers, and MPS environments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical repair or service of copier/office equipment and hold a High School Diploma or GED. A valid driver’s license is required for travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of technical repair/service experience on copier/office equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies.
