METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Field Service Technician to service floor and bench scales at customer sites across the region. The role includes preventive maintenance, calibrations, and basic repairs, with end-user training and diligent documentation of work performed.

You will travel up to 25% and must reside within the service territory, with a safety-focused approach and willingness to pass a drug test. Company car and tools provided along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; five years of related field/service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Familiarity with basic electrical/mechanical repair concepts and PC networking.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration on weighing equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and support installations and repairs with senior techs.
• Provide end-user training on proper use and care of equipment.
• Document work in service software and maintain accurate records daily.
• Coordinate with Scheduling, Support, Sales, and other technicians to meet uptime targets.
• Maintain company vehicle, parts inventory, and safety compliance.
