Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Field Service Technician in Phoenix, AZ to perform scheduled maintenance and calibrations on floor and bench scales at customer sites. You will troubleshoot basic issues, assist with installations, and document service data using company software.

You will travel up to 25% (overnight as needed), maintain a clean vehicle and inventory, and ensure safety and quality policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Customer-facing or field service experience preferred; commercial experience desired.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical repair philosophies, including PC networking and software configuration.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and calibration on industrial weighing equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and support installations, projects, and repairs with senior technicians.
• Provide end-user training to operators on proper equipment use and care.
