• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years field service experience and knowledge of precision cylindrical grinding.
• Willing to travel up to 75% and familiar with CNC servo drives and PLCs (Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Siemens).

Responsibilities

• Set up, integrate, and test equipment at client sites to ensure reliability.
• Demonstrate equipment performance and confirm operation to customers.
• Provide rapid on-site support for critical equipment failures.
• Perform emergency repairs and diagnose issues with timely solutions.
• Educate clients on proper operation to maximize efficiency.
• Communicate status updates with customers and internal teams.
• Act as the primary technical liaison with customers and stakeholders.
• Submit detailed service reports with parts used and actions taken.
